Notes: just move! If you find yourself unable to make total reps, that’s ok just cut down to where you are

working about 45-50 sec of the min and transition fast to the next movement

“One-Eighty”

6 Min on the clock

  • 24 DB Thrusters (100/70)

  • 16 Burpee over DB

  • 12 DB Devil’s Press (100/70)

  • Max rep HSPU

RX: Must get at least 1 rep on HSPU

FW: RWAN; sub wall walks for HSPU

Notes: after conditioning today, which should be a steady state cardio type session, this 6 min should be a sprint. Try and hold on to the thrusters UB or only break once. Devil’s press are going to get tough, but everyone should make it through and have some time to do max reps portion.
