EMOMx5: 1-2 Squat cleans building (start at 50% ish)
Min 5-15: Find 1RM Squat Clean
Notes: Coaches, spend a solid 5-10 min doing a specific squat clean warmup/mobility work and explain all parts of the movement. Give constructive feedback to all athletes throughout timed lifting portion. Retest from max day on 6.22.

FW: RWAN, sub knees to elbows (or as close as you can get, don’t simply do knee raises)
LF: Sub 9 Ball slams for S2OH and KB SDHP for barbell.
Notes: Goal should be to do all reps unbroken. Focus on using your legs on the S2OH and Hips on the SDHP. Quick transitions will win this one!
