Alt. EMOM X 10

  • 7 Single Leg Deadlift, alternate legs each minute

This is about core stability and balance, not weight. For biggest challenge have athletes use barbell and perform single leg deadlifts without resetting barbell or letting bumpers touch at the bottom of the rep. 7 reps per leg per minute for 10 total minutes. Can modify with a Kettle bell.

WOD: “Hate Ball”

  • 30 Hand Release Push-ups

  • 25 Deadlifts, @ 35% 1RM

  • 30 Handstand Push-ups

  • 25 Deadlifts, @ 35% 1RM
