*Conditioning: 3 Rounds
-EMOMx5 Max Burpees
-Rest 1 Min

This workout is designed as 3 rounds of 5 Min EMOM of max burpees with a 1 min rest after each round. Athletes must pick a number of reps before starting each round and only need to complete stated reps within a minute to count towards their score. No extra points for completing more reps/round. IE if an Athlete picks 15 reps for round 1 and completes all 5 rounds within a minute their score is 15. If an athlete fails on any round, their designated number for that round will not be scored. Athletes may change their stated goal number each rest interval. EX: 15 - 16 - 17 = 31. If athlete would have stayed with 16 and completed the last round the score would be 47.

  • 40 Double Unders

RX: Must get at least 4 rounds and Devil’s Press must be in one motion (No clean & Jerking). Stay light and move fast on this one

FW: RWAN, sub 80 Singles or work doubles for 45 sec.
