Technique: T2B/Kip

  • Spend 12 minutes working on Toes To Bar technique, beginning with building the kip from the ground, to the rig. Each athlete will find a progression they will apply in the WOD today. Some athletes may just be working the kip swing today.

AMRAP 18

  • 200m Suitcase Carry (53/35)

  • 10 Toes To Bar

  • 50’ Single Arm Overhead Walking Lunge (53/35, 25’R/25’L)

  • 10 Kettlebell Snatch (53/35, 5R/5L)

Note: Athletes will start from their spots inside the gym where they will be doing lunges. Athletes cannot switch arms until they have completed all 100m of the carry on the right, then they may switch to the left.
