There are two types of people on running days, which one are you?

Conditioning Running Test:

For time:

  • 400m Run

    Rest 1:00

  • 800m Run

    Rest 2:00

  • 400m Run

    Rest 1:00

  • 400m Run

Rest is MANDATORY! Each run may start at bottom of the ramp. This will be retested so go all out for best total time for the intended stimulus.

May sub rows for runs if desired. 500/400m Row for 400m Run and 1K/800 Row for the 800m Run.

WOD: “Mary”

AMRAP 20

  • 5 Handstand Push-ups

  • 10 Alternating Single Leg Squats

  • 15 Pull-ups

FW: Sub DB Push Press, Shrimp/Single Leg Box Squats, Banded Pull-ups
