That moment when you wonder if Tuesday’s conditioning piece will be a retest

Technique:

E1:15 X 10

  • 5 Snatch Grip Deadlifts + 3 Low Hang Snatch Pulls + 1 Squat Snatch

Focus on keeping the bar in close and opening hips fully. Start light, and build by feel. Athletes should never be struggling to complete all the reps in the complex. Focus is technique, not load!

LeanFit Conditioning:

E1:15 X 8

  • 5 Burpees + Max Calories in time remaining, any machine

WOD: “Polishing Up”

AMRAP 15

  • 5 Squat Snatches (135/85)

  • 25 Abmat Sit-ups

  • 125 Double Unders

FW: RWAN, sub 1:1 singles

LF: Sub double DB bang snatch
