WOD: It Takes 2

AMRAP 36, in teams of 2:

  • 200m Partner Med Ball Run (20/14)

  • 70 American Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

  • 50 Wall Balls (20/14 & 10’/9’)

  • 400m Partner Run

  • 40 Burpees Over Partner

  • 30 Strict Chin-ups

    1 partner works at a time until total reps are completed as a team

    (Ex., 70 KBS total, 35 per partner)

For Burpees each person does 5 reps while other partner is on the ground or holding a plank position
