AMRAP 36, in teams of 2:
200m Partner Med Ball Run (20/14)
70 American Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
50 Wall Balls (20/14 & 10’/9’)
400m Partner Run
40 Burpees Over Partner
30 Strict Chin-ups
1 partner works at a time until total reps are completed as a team
(Ex., 70 KBS total, 35 per partner)
For Burpees each person does 5 reps while other partner is on the ground or holding a plank position
