Technique: HSPU’s

  • Spend 15 minutes breaking down Handstand Push-ups. Coach will work progressions from the floor to the wall. Athletes will practice their most challenging progression to apply in the WOD.

LameFit:

For time:

  • 100/75 Assault Bike Calories

  • EMOM: 3 Burpees, starting at 0:00

LF athletes will watch bike monitor for EMOM so technique athletes can hear Coach over the clock.

  • 15/12 Assault Bike Calories

  • 5 Handstand Push-ups

  • 15 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (35/25)

FW: Work HSPU progression from technique portion
