Gymnastics Pulling Test

For time: 30 reps

-10 min cap-

Athletes will choose a level: Ring row, banded pull-up (note band color), pull-ups, chest to bar, bar muscle ups, ring muscle ups

Athletes will record this number and then will retest the same movement at the end of the cycle. Athletes should test their most difficult movement that they can successfully perform.
